Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only in case of defective products.

A parcel opening video is mandatory and must clearly show the defect.

You must contact us within 1 day of receiving the parcel to report the issue.

Products without a valid opening video or reported after 1 day will not be eligible for return.

No exchange or refund will be provided for color variation, dislike, or change of mind.

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status.
