Dry clean recommended for embroidered pieces. If hand-washing, use cold water and mild detergent, wash dupatta separately, and iron on reverse on low heat.

We carefully check every order before dispatch. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A continuous, unedited 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any return claim — showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, packaging and the defect clearly. Claims without a valid video may not be accepted.

Products that have been stitched, washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Returns for change of mind, colour, fabric or size preference are not accepted.

Please don't discard original packaging until you've checked your order. Once your claim and video are reviewed and approved, we'll share further instructions for the return or replacement.
